A true forum this is not, but here is a selection of comments that have passed through my mailbox since the beginning of FC3:
I'm still going strong...even getting my kids in on the act. My 2 year old, Kathryn (31 lb.), sat on my lower back while I struggled to do my 10 push ups! My 9 month old wanted to join in on the fun but I have my limits!

Now I'm out. Boo hoo! -- this is from a week where I forgot on Wednesday, then actually did them Saturday on my thermarest, winter camping in the snow at Pinecrest Lake in the Sierras, then back in my warm cozy bed on Sunday night just fell asleep. Oh Well-- next time!

I am still in but I am getting tired to do sit ups on the floor of bars, cinemas and streets…and one of the backseat of a car…pffff

Oh I was so close to being out – but I’m not!!!. 11:30 PM last Saturday night I was in a bar in Truckee, California drinking with a friend and two fine young women we had met at the bar when I realized that I hadn’t done my sit-ups and pushups. I almost snuck out to my Subaru to put down the back seats and do the exercises in the car but before leaving the bar I told my new friends about the FC. One of the women was a bit tipsy and got really excited about the FC. She moved some chairs out of the corner of the bar and told me that she would do the exercises right there with me in the bar. It created a bit of a scene but we did all 150 situps and 15 pushups on the floor of the bar with quite a crowd wondering what we were doing on the floor. My friend took a digital picture– I’ll send it for the website once I get it.

I am still in!!! and doing fine. Meanwhile the FC is something that is literally making me bleed. One evening I decided to do the FC after midnight for the next the day. I did it in my jeans, and kept my belt on as well, causing a bleeding wound that kept opening up until now every time I do it. It doesn’t hurt, it just bleeds because of the strain that is put on it (moderator comment: NASTY!)

i did my fitness challenge at 11:50pm in an alley behind The Tara on in order to stay in the game... then on Sunday, immediately after coming back from the hospital -- where x-rays were required to affirm that my ribs were not broken ( because I was coughing up blood and having trouble breathing after a rugby injury) -- I got down and finished up my challenge for the week... my objective for this week is not to take monday off, as i have the past two weeks. setting an alarm for myself at the bar on friday night was getting a little bit ridiculous

To the FC9 people -- 20 pushups, that's just silly I'm just choppin the number of situps in half and then making that my push-up count soo that's 200 sit and 100 pushs, let me know when you catch up gang.
